The interview process was quite lengthy starting with an external recruiter for the phone interview, followed by no less than 4 video interviews with the CEO with a technical assignment in between. The whole process took over six weeks and scheduling was difficult due to busy schedules and miscommunications.

Completely ridiculous process. It is very clear that this company is extremely disorganized and has no respect for candidates. It's a small tech community I'll be suprised if they can get anyone to work for them with behaviour like this and blatant disregard for people and their time. Multiple times interviews were rescheduled at the last moment. Was getting messages via email and social media platforms. None of the messages had aligning messages. Then got automated boilerplate messages saying thanks but not thank but, at the same time had an interview scheduled and was being asked to meet by another person. Clearly they have absolultely no idea what they are doing. Am grateful I did not expend more energy here. I consider this to be a lucky escape. Good luck to others, I think you'll need it.
