I was interviewed by a product owner and a chapter lead. They gave me an introduction about themselves, what their roles are and what they've been working on. Then I did the same and shared my experiences, what projects I've been working on, what tech stack I'm most familiar with, etc. Had a couple of questions about OOP principles, coding standards, TDD and unit tests, design principles. Nothing strict, this part felt like a casual conversation. At the end I was given a critical thinking task, where we discussed what the possible solution could be ( also, pretty friendly and not strict ).
After the interview, I was sent an email that I passed the first round and was given a coding challenge to do in 1-2 weeks preferably. The challenge was pretty straightforward and clear, nothing unreasonably hard. The focus was for them to see how I structure the code, do I test it properly, do I package it the right way etc.
