I was approached by the company after applying for a position, and initially, things seemed promising. They asked to set up an interview, and I promptly accepted. However, after agreeing to the call, I was ignored for a full week before they reached out again, asking for a call the next day.
From there, it was a series of frustrating delays. The interview was postponed at the last minute multiple times—first by a week, then by 12 hours, and finally by two days—without ever confirming the time. When the day of the interview finally arrived and I tried to follow up, I was completely ghosted.
Two days later, I reached out again, only to be told they had already hired someone else.
This experience reflected poorly on the company’s professionalism and organization. I hope they improve their communication and respect candidates' time in the future.
