Answer classified ad. Go to interview. Receive offer. Accept offer. I met with the CFO and don't remember specific questions. They assumed the candidate had the requisite skills to do the job. They were more interested in finding a person who fit the culture than a pedigreed resume.

The questions were very informal. They were looking for some one who fits the culture and assumed a certain level of competency to fit the job was already in place.
