Interview
Interview process was quite seamless. Initial phone discussed followed by 1 interview with direct managers and then a 2nd interview with the next level up. This process took a week, and then it was another week before a contract was sent to me.
It was a two-phased interview process which was quite swift and methodical. The final interview was a face-to-face session at the Melbourne head office. Overall, it was a nice experience.
The interviewers were very professional and communicative. They took the time to provide a lot of good and helpful feedback. They reached out via email throughout the interview process and provided informations on next steps at every stage of the interview.
