I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spreetail (Lincoln, NE) in Apr 2018
Interview
I interviewed for three different positions within Spreetail. The first round of the interview process was a phone interview with a recruiter; I was not qualified for the position I initially applied. But then I got contacted by another recruiter to interview for a different position and had a brief two-person interview. It was very laid back, and they answered all my questions. Then, I moved on to a panel interview which was a bit intimidating, but they made me feel comfortable enough to have an easy flowing conversation. Lastly, I moved on to a work sample that I had to present to another panel composed of people I would work closely with/under. The overall process took a while, but it was worth it. My recruiter made me feel important by quickly replying to any questions I had and tried to make sure I was able to put my best foot forward for all my interviews.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Spreetail (Lincoln, NE) in Feb 2021
Interview
Easy, they will hire anyone with a pulse. It is the easiest interview I have ever had. Read the company mantra before hand and have it pulled up during your interview. Easy.

Interview
After I applied, I had to submit a typing test, and once that was accepted a phone interview was set up. After our phone interview, we set up a panel interview where I presented a presentation. Overall, the entire process was probably a 3-4 week process. My recruiter was very efficient and responded to my emails quickly. She kept me in the loop the whole process. Although long, the entire process was really good.
