I have interview through consultancy. process takes first apptitude test, machine test, face to face round, manager round, client round, Hr round. too lengthy process. Interview process is too lengthy. they are taking aptitude for experience person on paper as well as machine test. too lenghty process.

Interview
Totally Unprofessional folks who have no sense of talking and very lazy. I was following up with them the whole time. I would say don't fall into their trap or if you are interviewing for this, then at-least keep looking for more good opportunities in the mean time.
Process :
1) One working project problem (mostly crud RESTful projects)
2) Technical interview
3) HR round
All this took a month for them to do, where I was constantly following up. they wasted my entire precious month of notice period.
They first said that HR round is clear and good to go but then due their budget issue they gave an excuse that your HR round is not clear.

Interview
First the aptitude-coding round paper based was taken in college premises.It was quite easy to crack. Then the interview was taken in their company . Challenging questions were asked regarding java technology. Questions regarding project were also asked. The architecture of project and the implementation.
