I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Spring Professional
Interview
I was invited by one of the employees at Spring Professional to join the international hiring campaign in London.
As mentioned by one of the candidates, the phone interview was pretty much a confirmation to attend the assessment centre rather than a proper interview of skills and qualifications.
The assessment centre was followed by a panel interview with 2 employees at Adecco Group (London) and the managing director of Spring Professional Asia. I was not offered a job in the end, however, I don’t think the company was very professional with the recruitment process; the managing director mentioned I would be placed at my desired workplace and saw a lot of potential in my growth in the recruitment industry, yet I was rejected the offer. It’s been 1 week since the interview and was still not provided feedback despite enquiring for one.
I hope that the future recruitment process for other candidates would be dealt more professionally.

Out dated interview process.
Called me in for several face-to-face interviews with different managers for basically a grilling on whether I suited the job or not.
Intergation style interview, wasn't very laid back.
Basic bland office.
