Thank you for the feedback. I take pride in providing a pleasant interview experience with Springboard and I am disappointed I did not live up to that expectation. If I'm not mistaken, we had an interview scheduled Tuesday. Our interview time was half an hour before we close payroll for our travel staff and two issues cropped up requiring my immediate attention. I sent a cancellation notice via Outlook and included a note explaining the situation requesting a time to reschedule. Upon review, it looks like you would have to open the cancellation request on your calendar in order to view the message. I assumed it would come to you as an email message. I also provide my direct contact information when requesting meetings so applicants can contact me directly if situations like these arise. Thank you again for providing this feedback.
