Springboard Services interview questions

had 2 interviews. 1 with the HR then another with 2 team members- the manager, supervisor and another creative team member. very nice and friendly. asked me about my experience with adobe creative suite and looked through my portfolio, asked about my creative process

Very relaxed, chill interviewer. We chatted for over an hour where he threw in a bunch of typical interview questions but the vibe was two friends talking. Really one of the best I've had in terms of how good the interviewer was.
