I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Springer Nature (New York, NY) in Aug 2011
Interview
Spoke with Assistant Manager on the phone for one hour, mostly about what I studied in college and outlined the requirements for the position. The conversation was very nice and the interviewer, who would be my supervisor, was very casual. It seemed as if I already had the job and she just wanted to chat about my life.
interviewed at london, first round is the Hiring manager, then the HR, then the coopration manager. The hr is special, and tell me the clear interview process . Now i an waiting for the result.
A typical day in 2021 is very different to 2015.
Currently we work from home and it's all instant messaging and virtual meetings but we're good at keeping in touch and have all the tools we need to do our job.
When the Kings Cross office is open, we have good facilities and the people are nice. It's a global company so you my spend all your time talking with people remotely but there is a staff canteen and coffee shop so that you can also socialise with colleagues based in London.
