Initial HR phone screen - no surprises here Technical phone screen -standard algorithms question. great communication and back and forth with the interviewer. plenty of time to ask questions at the end and good discussion on that front. Take home project - basic tasks are pretty straightforward; a handful of subtle details that could be easy to miss if you rush. overall seemed like a good way to show off practical coding knowledge/skills for the role. On-site interview: 3 one-hour rounds with two interviewers each. pretty good mix of design questions, design + quick pseudocode, and then typical "leetcode" type algorithm questions. there seemed to be big emphasis on the conversation and discussion - this was really pleasant and helped take away the scary "standing in front of a whiteboard in front of two silent stone faced people" situations a lot of other interviews have. Once again plenty of time to discuss more than just the questions (testing, day to day at the company, really just free reign to ask whatever) Overall really solid process - virtually everything along the way seemed thorough but fair, and i never got the sense anyone was trying to trick you or ask something unexpected.
