Didn't have any background in tech, so I was nervous. But throughout the process I found that what they truly cared about the most is my soft skills and potential. The technical exam for my position is very easy. Everyone I met is super nice. There was about 3 interviews: 1 with HR, 1 with a manager, and 1 with a director. After that I did a demo of the tool. They provided everything I needed and set the agenda even weeks before the meeting so I came really prepared.
