I believe I performed well in the technical recruiter interview. But they decided not move forward with my application. I asked for feedback to improve myself, but never heard back.
Internal referral by formal colleague.
After HR screening, then I got hiring manager screening.
After that I got rejection.
I don't even know why I am not qualified for the home assessment since I worked on Utilities software industry for 4 years +.
The salary range is low. 75k~80k only.
