Interview
The process of the interview started with a quick HR interview and another technical interview, then I got an acceptance. The acceptance means I'm in the pool of freelancers to suggest for any new job opportunity. When there was an opportunity, I had another interview with the client.

Unprofessional Hiring Process
I was contacted by a recruiter from Squadio on LinkedIn, who described their hiring process as "short and fun," promising to complete it within three working days. The steps outlined were:
Online exploratory call (10 minutes)
Technical task (5 minutes)
Technical interview (30 minutes)
Client interview (45 minutes, online)
I had the initial call, after which I received an email assignment with a three-day deadline. Contrary to what was mentioned, the task took much more than five minutes—I had to cancel my weekend plans and sacrifice sleep to complete a 25-page document.
After submitting the assignment, I asked the recruiter when I could expect feedback. Her response was a curt "well received, thanks." I followed up again to inquire about the next steps, but she ignored my email.
Two weeks later, I received a generic rejection email, and I seriously doubt they even reviewed my submission. When I requested feedback, I received no response. This experience made it clear that this company does not respect candidates' time or efforts.

Interview
I applied for a product manager position and was given a case study to complete. After putting in significant time and effort to submit my solution, their response was simply that I didn’t pass the assessment, with no detailed feedback. I fully understand that rejection is part of the process, but it felt like they didn’t value or acknowledge the time and effort I invested. I wouldn’t recommend engaging with them, as they seem to lack respect for candidates' time.
