I applied online, got reached out by a recruiter who suddenly became no-responsive, and then kept on rescheduling. Just before my R2 with HM they changed my position to a more technical role without my consent, I was shared the new job position few hours before the HM round. Totally unprofessional people, I was rejected for the new position which I didn't apply but I didn't hear anything back on the original position that I had applied to. The turn around time is insane and I would invest my time at a different company vs squarespace

Interview
Very long process, had 6 rounds of interviews including a take-home assignment and a role playing session with stakeholders. The entire process took over 6 weeks which was time consuming. The recruiter was also not very personable, she read off a script super fast and couldn't wait to get the call over with.

What's the difference between a server and client?
Met with the recruiter, hiring manager, then moved on to the written assessment. I was given a prompt that seemed more aligned with a product manager role, as mentioned in another review. Once I gave my availability (7-10 days later per the recruiters request) I was promptly told the position was filled and encouraged to apply again.

Interview
I applied online. I had a phone interview with a recruiter who asked me about my past experiences. The questions were very basic and the recruiter said he was impressed and most probably I'll be moving into the second round. But after a few days I received a rejection email. I asked for a feedback but I never heard back. So it was very surprising.
