Interview
I got interviewed at SMI Madurai branch for software developer position. It was an easy interview process. First round is group discussion where your language fluency is evaluated. They will not allow you to use any language other than English. They expect you to have a good grammar. Next round will be HR interview, where they will ask questions based on your resume.
