Interview
A screening interview with internal recruiter was scheduled promptly and professionally. Focused on background and relevance to role, as well as seeing if this could be a good long term fit. A follow up interview was scheduled with executive for an extensive interview to evaluate working relationship fit and experience relevance to role.
