Started quite well but it quickly turned disastrous. They asked me about my walked with Christ? Like it’s useful for the work? Then they asked me what my hobby was. So I told them that playing game helps me destress in which they asked me shouldn’t I use the Bible to destress? Umm… relevant much? She then proceeded to say how my papers are useless and compared with people from NUS I’m nothing… she asked me to start from the bottom and work myself up just cos I wanted to join the social work/counsellor role. She also asked me tons of personal family questions. I was really traumatised by the whole interview session. She made me feel as if I was a bad son and a bad Christian. She’s really condescending. Not gonna accept anything from them even if I’ve no jobs. If you can skip this place, please do. I can only imagine how it’s like to work inside with these type of people.
