Interview
The position was posted on a local community job board. After I applied several months went by before I was contact for an interview. I had two phone interviews and two in-person interviews for the position. After I was offered the position it was another five weeks before I was able to start due to a required child protection course I needed to take through the local Catholic Diocese.
