Difficult to actually get an interview. The HR system doesn’t seem like they actually received my application.
I only got the interview because I knew someone who got me in contact with the manager

Asked about previous experience. If I feel comfortable in the ICU and acute care setting in general. Preferred population to work with. Any certifications etc. Recommendations for discharge.
