I applied online. I interviewed at St. Mary's Home For Boys (Beaverton, OR) in Apr 2021
Interview
Very fast, took less than a week. Situational questions with two layered interview system. Interviewers were extremely nice and managers did what they could to make sure I was prepared for the position.
Interview process was very informative and they spoke about the procedure and the very sophisticated token economy system. There is no flexibility in the schedule at all and they made it very very clear right off the bat and no competitive wages as shown in the posting. Great benefits but no flexibility or negotiation in pay. $12 firm.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at St. Mary's Home For Boys (Beaverton, OR) in Jan 2011
Interview
Found the position on OregonLive.com and Craigslist. Applied via the online application and was contacted by phone for an a one-on-one interview after my references were checked. Had a one-on-one interview where I was asked about my experience and knowledge of behavior modifcation, and was asked to write an essay about why I was interested in the job. After the completion of this, I was invited back for an interview with the managers the following day. The managers asked more situational questions about what I would do in a given situation and how my experiences translated to the position.
