It was very efficient. After getting interviewed over the phone, I immediately got scheduled for their technical and departmental interview. They asked about technical questions too during their departmental interview.

The first one was the phone interview, which happened more or less 2 weeks after completing the technical assessment. It was a very pleasing experience for a fresh graduate, wherein I was asked of the usual background, achievements, skills, and competencies. Just a confirmation and rundown of the data present on the resume. Then a week after the phone interview, the departmental interview followed.
