First Online Assessment which is mainly a writing test. If you are selected then they will call you for a face to face interview. The questions mostly will be about yourself.

The interview process was tediously long, and not in a challenging way. 3 total interviews, people asking the same questions with their botched English and fake accents. I am not sure they were serious about the hiring. They were asking questions like how to expand the business, how to get business growth without properly explaining what the business was.
