Interview
It was a training program so it wasn't a hard interview. Just questions from and about your resume. Then they will get you in touch with one of their trainers. You will be trained for a week to 3 weeks, depending on your skill level. Then after training, they will find you a project, you will have to interview for it and then you got the job!

Asked my visa status and whether they can modify my resume. They only want OPT students for cheap whose resume they can modify, greencard holders, united states citizens do not waste your time. Worse than a desi consultancy,
