4 stages
HR Session - 30 minutes
Who you are. Job alignment. Reason for hiring and projects. Some mild tech questions about scale + throughput + sharding data and requests.
2nd round: Meet the manager, basically the same as the previous interview but more in depth. Nice to meet a manager early though
3rd round: System design. The recruiters are clear the engineering culture is high here and this interview is tough. Design an initial system similar to handling the stock flow. Then expand.
4th (I think final?): Live coding. Sort of LeetCode but less generic, key value pair question is what I got, TDD. No api stuff.
I didn’t make it at the end, but the feedback was fair. Very nice people, high bar for Software
