My interview process took 4 steps: - Brief phone interview with HR. - In person interview with HR and hiring. manager. - In person interview with the hiring manager and department director. - Shadowed two staff members. The HR specialist I worked with was great, she was organized and answered my emails quickly. Unfortunately, from 4 candidates to 2 they picked the one who was already employed by the hospital. I guess better luck next time.
