      I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Stamps.com (El Segundo, CA) in Feb 2017

      Interview

      Filled out an application online, then 5 days later, got a call from a department hiring manager wanting to interview me the next day. Did the interview in person in El Segundo, and the day after got a call offering me the position. From there, it took 4 days for HR to send the emails with the compensation package, information on benefits, and forms to fill out online.

      Question 1

      To start, they wanted you to talk to them about your resume and your accomplishments. From there, they asked specific questions about how you would react to specific customer situations if customers were to call in to complain. They want to see how tacit you are with handling even the angriest of costumers. Afterwards, they ask about you and where you see yourself in 5-10 years down the road.
