After the four-hour panel interview, I decided to withdraw my application. Although the organization appeared impressive on paper, there were several red flags. The emphasis on personal values and the "you shouldn't work here if you don't believe in this or that" mentality raised concerns for me. There were a lot of "tell me a time when" questions
