The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening, an interview with the hiring manager, and a final reference check stage. During the interview, the hiring manager asked follow-up questions that challenged some of my experience and accomplishments. For example, I was asked questions such as whether I had personally completed certain projects or tasks on my own. I found the tone of these exchanges discouraging. Overall, the organization appears to have a strong mission.
