Interview
The first round is online assessment for around one hour.
The second round is video interview with some questions.
The third round is assessment centre, with three sessions in a morning.
Lots of psychometric tests till you reach the actual interview round, at least 3. Usually get the results back within a day for each tests which takes around 45 mins each to do
