I read on LinkedIn from one employee at the Phoenix Group saying their team was hiring designers with different level of experience and this employee asked to get in touch with them. I did, only to never receive any reply. Didn't even acknowledge my message. Unprofessional and says a lot about how you're going to be treated at work, Good luck to them.
