It was a three stage interview process where you would speak to the operations director, a Customer Success Director, followed by the Managing Director. Fairly straightforward and you would have to bring up examples on how you have dealt with clients in the past.

The interview process started with an initial call with the operations director. This was then followed by a call with the Managing Director in Australia and a presentation with the Director of Customer Success in America.
