-6 interviews-established process- specific technologies-final say with hiring manager. Take long time before reaching back. Hectic work culture. Need to be really passionate about healthcare. Will ask about operations questions.
Multiple informal interviews allowed me to get to know the team and ask questions about the role, the team, and the organization in general. A friendly environment made me feel comfortable showing both my weaknesses and strengths during the process.
