I applied online. I interviewed at Stanford Health Care (Palo Alto, CA)
Interview
The screening process was very comprehensive, with a series of panel interviews to ensure the candidate is a good fit for the role's required skillset and compatibility with the organizational culture.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Stanford Health Care in Sept 2021
Interview
they did not conduct a phone screening. interviews consisted of two virtual panel interviews, one with the immediate team/colleagues/manager and another with the managers' colleagues. there were also a bunch of random calls and emails from the hiring manager. the manager said it would be a quick process but drew it out for weeks, stringing me along the way. while the Stanford name impressed me when applying, the team doing the interviews did not. the application/interview process is a two-way street and i didn't appreciate that this team didn't leave time to ask questions or bother to respond to them when e-mailed after the interview. all in all a poor experience.

Question 1
tell me about yourself; describe a time when, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Stanford Health Care (Palo Alto, CA) in Nov 2011
Interview
Interviewed with supervisors. Fairly simple process. Applied online, call from HR, followed by interview in person. Took 3 months for an offer from the first interview to hire. Longer process than normal, but Stanford only hires the best!
