The interview process was pretty easy and over zoom, it helps to know what seasonal work is. Laid Back. I believe they were looking for personality over anything. Felt like meeting with a friend.

First step was to submit an online application, then a phone interview. After that you're good to go! My understanding is that there are generally three or four applicants per position.

As the phone interview was years ago, I don't really recall. I don't remember any especially challenging or out-of-the-ordinary questions.
