The interview process included a standard research presentation from your graduate work. There were also multiple 1:1 meetings with different lab members, which were fairly informal and a chance to ask about the lab environment etc.

I had to present some research projects related to the position I was applying for. I got many questions from the audience, some of them were clarifications about background, methods, competitors and future work. Also got tons of Feedback.

Technical interview with several members of the team I was interviewing for. This was followed by a 1-1 meeting with the PI who asked me standard behavioural questions. I gave a 30 minute long presentation before the technical interview, using a slideshow.

Typically for postdoc interviews, the candidate will be brought on site and give a talk to the whole lab, followed by 1:1 conversations with each lab member. The whole process can take a whole day. A lot of decision making comes from the presentation, especially the level of research the candidates conducted earlier.
