Kept on temporary internship until certain deliverables and deadlines were sucessfully met. No formal interview happened during what I thought would be my interview. It was a very calm process and unsure if this is ordinary. I sent a resume and a personal note before my interview.

2nd Round. Interview with my past experiences and community skills
3rd Round. They gave me a small assignment and rejected me after this (they told me that I was selected 10 ppl)
Had an interview with a professor and it was smooth and friendly. He was very kind and we had talked about the research. I thought it went well and the questions about the research were not that strict.
