Interview
This was a long and drawn out process which unfortunately ended with Stantec not offering me a position. I met with 5 people via phone and in person three times and frankly they wasted a lot of time and effort. In the end I got shortlisted but according to them my experience wasn't right, which they could have figured out from resume on day 1.

Interview
Fully engaged recruiter and hiring mgrs throughout, however following the third stage (or 4th if you’re counting the 45 min recruiter screening), there was no further communication or feedback from Stantec.
The interview style was very competency based which isn’t my preferred way of interviewing or being interviewed, so I couldn’t get a gauge if there was any rapport with hiring managers, or a feel for the culture or team, as it was just a list of questions being read out (some very obscure) rather than conversation. Due to this I don’t think I would’ve accepted, but this may be down to the size of the business and it’s corporate nature which isn’t suited to my personality anyway.
Two interviews - one with HR/marketing, one with some team people. Overall it was a good process. Happened relatively timely manner. No issues with this part although I've heard it has taken a really long time with others.
