My "interview" went pretty smooth. The manager at the time called me in for an interview. He gave me a break down of job expectations, benefits, pay, and then gave me my time for my drug test. It was more an offer than an interview. I left feeling very confident and excited to know I essentially was leaving his office with the job should I choose it.
