I interviewed at Star Entertainment Group (Gold Coast)
Interview
The internal recruiter for the role was very friendly and supportive. However the interview with the Hiring Manager showed the role was not for me. When I asked about training and onboarding processes for the role, I was essentially told there would be no process and that it was expected to just be picked up as I went along. This was a red flag for me as it showed a lack of organisation and care on setting a new starter up for success.
I was ultimately offered the role and declined on these grounds.
