Starboard Cruise Services interview questions

It was pre pandemic. First English proficiency test followed by video interview by agency. If your are selected then client interview that’s a whole day process where there is group discussion , role play and one on one interview . Mostly they ask sales related questions, previous experience and why you want to join the cruise lines. Now the process must have changed post pandemic so can’t really comment on that .

Very nice. There was 3 interviews before they made their final decision. The experience was good enough. The people seemed nice, friendly environment. Would recommend applying for this company, and probably will apply again when looking for a change of scenery.
