Starlight Homes interview questions

Smooth process. Initial call with area manager to get to know each other, the company, values, and job followed by meeting with director of construction to go over similar items and get to know you better to see if values/goals match. Smooth hr process after.

Very straightforward, not too structured, went over my background and expectations for this role. Got to know me and I had plenty of opportunity to ask my own questions about Starlight Homes.
