Through the application process, it consisted of 3 interviews (2 HR, one with department manager). The first 2 were asking general questions about schooling and experiences and gauging interest in the position. The last was more specific to roles and expectations.

Interview
I met a recruiter at a college job fair, and arranged a phone interview. The phone interview was a few weeks later, and lasted about 30 minutes, answering largely typical interview questions about my background, skills, and career goals.

Interview
I applied online and was invited to an onsite interview with a person from HR and a manager. The HR person was very nice and I enjoyed my interview experience with her. The manager barely looked at me during my interview with him and seemed uninterested the majority of the time.
