Interview process was short and focused. The interview was asking about past experience working with children. Questions were asked about knowledge of Autism. They were more focused on hiring then anything else. It was not a difficult interview.

Interview
Interview process was really straightforward. They talked about what their company is all about, what my job would entitle, the autism spectrum, working with kids, etc. They asked me about my background and what I could bring to the company. Since I worked in a childcare setting, it was easy to appeal to their needs for this field.
