Please think twice before appearing for this interview, Because anyways they would reject you. Also consider having an interview with CIO as the first round, because thats the issue zone and you can save time and effort by not attending other rounds. You will have two interviews before that, but the CIO would reject you because he does not have idea of QA and asks questions and scenarios based on Development and expects you to answer. You will not be able to relate to the interview at all and it would be a bad experience. Round 1 with Senior engineer is really good, you will learn many concepts. Round 2 with QA manager is also good, you would have good discussion around test strategies.
