Pretty easy... a few computer test and a in person interview. Be ready to take a quick personality test, typing test, and drug test. Overall be prepared to be tied up for about 3 hours or more.

Its one day process... if you pass the initial interview will proceed to initial exam which includes typing test and grammar comprehension then another panel interview then series of exams then once all good you will be endorsed to final interview.
