It was natral to talk to the leaders and they are so frendly. They ask you very easy questions for you to answer and it dosnt feel like a interview it just feels like your talking to someone you have known for years.

Typical initial phone interview followed up by an in-person interview. Know your area of study well and enjoy the informal format of the interview. It was, on the whole a very pleasant experience
