After already completing 2 tasks before even given the opportunity to interview the company (yes, interviews work both ways), I gave up after receiving yet another email to complete a 3rd task. Complete waste of time. Candidates should first speak with the company to see if they even want to bother proceeding with the application. And if yes, then start asking them to spend 1-5 hours of their personal time to complete all these assessments.
