I had a great experience with the interviewers, who were smart, thoughtful, and clearly invested in the mission. But the recruiting process was incredibly disrespectful. After the recruiter asked for my availability to reschedule a stakeholder interview, I provided multiple options and blocked off time across several days. When I didn’t hear back, I followed up with additional availability since my schedule had changed. Still nothing. I rearranged a busy work calendar to accommodate their request, only to be completely ghosted. It’s one thing to pass on a candidate, but to actively ask for someone’s time and then disappear shows a total lack of professionalism and basic respect. Their 2.4 Glassdoor rating? Yeah, it tracks.
